To get your deposit refunded, please return the power bank to any Mother Charger station. Once the power bank is returned and verified, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
The rental fee is calculated based on the duration you keep the power bank. The first day costs ฿99, and additional days are charged at a daily rate. Use our app to see the exact pricing and any applicable discounts.

Yes, you can rent more than one power bank at a time. Simply select the number of power banks you need through our app or at the station. Each power bank will have its own rental fee and deposit.
